I've been working on Resistance 2 for a couple of days now and I am making some good ground. it's one of those games where I came to a wall which I just couldn't get over until I left the game alone for a couple of months. Basically I came to an area in Idaho (Chapter 3) where I faced up to these 2, maybe 3 Titans in a park area (with a bandstand and a Bellock grenade launcher in the middle). Managed to flatten them on the second attempt the other day though.
I'm near the end of Chapter 5 though (out of 7) just to give you an idea of where I am. I think I'm just about to face up to a boss in a moment.
Yeah I've had Resistance 2 since it came out last year. I have been playing it a fair bit though since then, just not so much in the single player mode as the game is noted for it's excellent multiplayer, particularly the Co-op campaign, which of course is separate from the single. No slouch in one-player mode though. Resistance Fall of Man notoriously took me a while to get round to finishing too, it's just lucky for me that I am quite close to the end of this. But goodness it's a toughie, once again I am playing normal mode but this time it is a bit of a challenge.
